Latin 1Acc (Period A): Today we spent the class working through the Ch. 2 Culture (Roman families/roles), including a short video on a day in the life of a Roman boy (on the textbook website). Next week, we will start Ch. 2 Vocab and Grammar

Latin 1Acc (Period A): Today you took the Ch. 1 Vocab Quiz. The Fire Drill threw the schedule off a bit, but we regrouped and worked through the rest of the Ch. 1 Grammar. Make sure to watch the Ch. 1 YouTube video if you are confused! We ended class by starting our discussion on roles in our families-- we will continue that tomorrow.

Latin 1Acc (Period C): Today we did a lot of review for the Ch. 1 Vocab Quiz (Quizizz and Quizlet Live). We also went through the Ch. 1 Grammar (nouns, adjectives, verbs). At the end of class you had time to work on the grammar sporcle game as well as vocab review.

Latin 1Acc (Period C): Today you took the 2nd Intro Quiz on Spread of Language, Pronunciation and Parts of Speech. After that, we got introduced to our textbooks, explored the city of Baiae (on the online website) and started Ch. 1's Culture. You can find that notes sheet either on the textbook website or Google Classroom. We will come back to it on Friday.
Homework:
1) No HW -- relax and enjoy the holiday tomorrow if you are celebrating

Latin 3H (Period D): Today we continued working on the Ch. 23 Grammar by going over Ex. 23b. We also took some quick notes on "Substantive Adjectives" and finished class by doing a worksheet individually. We will go over this on Friday. Make sure you do this and practice! It is excellent prep for the test -- I've also included a digital copy on Google Classroom.
